One of the things on my lengthening list of "to do's" was to see if the marine radio works. I can hear what sounds like police dispatch, then it'll receive the weather, then static all w/o out changing channels because I can't get the channels to change. Squelch works, backlight works, none of the function buttons work, at least I can't make them work and keying the mike has no effect. Maybe it's broken?




I don't need DSC or anything fancy. Maybe someone out there has an older unit gathering dust they'd like to sell. I doubt mine's worth fixing.

Dan,
I happen to have a West Marine Aquarius II new, in the box, ten years old and never used. Not once. Bought it for my first boat that harldy saw water and never installed it. Bought a late model radio for the new boat. Say $50 plus shipping?? Interested??
