Am I understanding this correctly? WB displacement is 3,250... ballast tank is 1,200 lbs... so the dry weight of the boat is 2,000 lbs? I need to know, having a crane give me a lift...

The crane operator said I weighed in at 3,800 lbs. No OB, or rudder, mast and all rigging laying across the deck of the boat. Just FYI.

To add to this, I weighed my 250wk on its trailer, with Honda 9.9 outboard using a truck scale. The boat was mostly empty of stuff.

The trailer was hitched to the tow vehicle when weighing, so the number I am sharing is not 100%. Tow vehicle was on the drive wheel scale. Trailer with boat and motor on the trailer scale. Trailer scale showed 5,700 lbs. Tongue weight needs to be added. So I am guessing the total weigh is just over 6,000 lbs.

For perspective, the C-250 wing keel model is listed at 4200#, which includes 1050 of lead in the keel. There are some other differences, but much is similar.

2003 C250 wb boat (dry, no gear), trailer and motor = 5,100# when I weighed some time ago.

5,100# less 1,400# (est.) for trailer and 100# for motor = 3,600# for boat dry and no gear.

Never got around to weighing just the trailer but would guess that just your boat dry and no gear and without the motor would weigh at least the 3,250#.
