Posted - 12/01/2023 : 06:58:03 Mike, I have one, but it's bent. It can be repaired if you know someone that can weld stainless nicely, it would be fine. 1977 I live in the St. Joseph, Benton Harbor area. Give me a call. 269-921-85o8

Posted - 10/25/2023 : 20:40:20 Unfortunately almost all of the Catalina 25 bow pulpits/rails are pre 1989. Sometime around 1988 (??) they moved the jib track inboard of the safety lines. They then rerouted the safety line forward attachments to the upper rear bends of the bow rail and redesigned the rail. Makes it much more difficult to find a used rail that fits. Anyone know what year that actually happened?

Posted - 10/23/2023 : 17:32:34 He has a bow pulpit. He wants $195. He's in Stevensville, MD and will ship it if you'll pay the shipping. I'm waiting for him to furnish a phone number or email address so you can contact him directly.

Posted - 10/16/2023 : 07:59:37 I got a stern pulput made by this shop in 2006. Price was incredibly low, and they did it over winter and included indoor storage! The owner was older, so they may be out of business now, but perhaps the kids took it over?
From my reciept: Aquarius Recreational Product, Inc. 41201 Productin Drive Harrison, Twp, MI 48045 586-469-4600
Good luck.

Posted - 10/14/2023 : 05:56:55 Mass Marine has a great reputation and has saved many peoples’ bacon. It might be a great option if they have the part and can ship it for a reasonable fee.
Any chance you can repair your current one? I once had a stern pulpit that was badly bent due to a severe storm, and a stainless steel welder offered me a quote to get it back into shape. I ultimately purchased a replacement from someone in a neighboring state, but had seriously considered the welding/bending approach.
I also had an incident a few years back when my bow pulpit light assembly and the SS mounting plate were torn off by a sailor in my marina when he lost control of his boat. The local boatyard sent it out to a welder who did a great repair job, and the other boat owner covered the cost. As I recall, it took about a week and cost between $700-800, including disassembly, delivery, repair and reassembly. A local marina should be able to advise.

Posted - 10/13/2023 : 19:09:28 Not in Michigan, but, in the Northeast Mass Marine Parts in Quincy, MA parts out boats and they have a MASSIVE inventory of everything including bow pulpits, masts and booms, etc. I have purchased from them for my C-25 (aluminum window, hatch-boards, etc) when I needed odd parts. Worth a call. They are user friendly just be specific with it being a Catalina 25, etc. Good luck!
