My wife and I are in charge of our sailing clubs junior sailing program. We recently got 3 Capri 14.2’s, one in need of repair and all needing sails.
If anyone has used sails, or a line up with some , please contact me.
We teach 8 to 16 year olds in a week long class. One week is with high school Jr ROTC. We also provide scholarships to CASA kids. In central California.
Look up Lake Yosemite Sailing Association for info about us.

Just for clarification (I don't have any sails), what sorts of sails do you need? Would you use larger sails to cut down for the Capris? Or do you want them within some range of luff and foot lengths (mains and jibs)?

We have been doing classes fro a number of years using old beat up Lido 14's. we got a Capri in very good condition and looked for more. UC Santa Barbara was getting rid of some, we got 3 in various states of disrepair. No sails came with them. Our Lido 14 sails kind of fit and we can use them if needed, but sails made for the boat is what we are looking for. We are looking for Main's and Jibs. We also have some CFJ's. Sails for them are OK, but I did see a few sets for sale.

Matt,

In addition to our forum, you might post on the Capri-14 forum.
There aren't many posts there, but it's worth a try.

Can you query a number of university sailing clubs? I’m thinking like Yale’s Corinthian club, Columbia and Harvard have sailing clubs and any number of Yacht Clubs around the country.
Last week somebody posted a link to YCs on this forum.
It would take a bit of legwork but I’d imagine it would pay off if you found even half a dozen older, but usable, sails.
