I'm stuck with an iPhone 6 and a iPad Air... both gifts, and neither of which want to play nicely with the world outside of Apple's little fortress. My whole career was in the outside world. I can't wait to escape!

I like all my iOS devices just fine. Also have a droid "just a phone with txt" which is sub par, but my iPod iPad and work iPhone with iOS 8.x work fine. Just finding I have to touch the hot link two times to get it to connect
I haven't had that happen. I just tried every maneuver on my phone I could think of, but the links all opened with one tap. I also went through Settings and found nothing that might cause that behavior. My devices all seem to play quite well in all environments except a rare website built with MS tools and optimized for IE instead of web standards. Safari can mask as IE, but Firefox does a much better job of pretending.
