Try asking at a NAPA store. Most othher places seem to have Chinese junk. One has to buy several and hope one holds up. I did get a good one, but i don't know who made it and I don't have it at home right now.
I have been using this type for several years. It comes within a pound of the tire pressure sensors on truck and trailers. Before I retired I had our calibration lab check my first one and it was passed as good.
I've found Accugauge gauges to be very reliable and repeatable, and the factory will calibrate it for you if you drop it or something (for a fee, of course).
There's a psychologist at Harvard that wrote a book about happiness. He explained that the more choices you have to choose from, the less happy you are with your final selection . . . as your mind is left wondering if you made the best and correct selection .
Found on line guages that stay on tires and give reading constantly. Range is 100 lbs center with deflection each side. Alerts me if pressure changes when I do the walk around. Will look again to see if there is still a source. Have had them at least 10 years.
