Catalina 250 (1995) in Colorado, price reduced to $5000, as is.
Centerboard and water-ballasted.
Tiller and transom-hung rudder.
9.9 hp, 2-stroke, Yamaha outboard.
Trail Rite dual axle trailer.
Dry storage space available to be transferred to new owner.

Just saying, "as is" has many definitions -- might help to describe projects that "should" be considered if buying.

Repairs for new owner to consider include:
1. Redo electrical connections from battery to nav lights, cabin lights, stereo, bilge pump, etc..
2. Repair lower companionway (teak) step which is cracked.
3. Repair crack of floor aft of companionway with support and fiberglass matting.
4. Repair 2" hole on forward side of mast (near mast step).
