Might want to contact mass marine parts (www.massmarineparts.com). They part out boats and have tons of stuff including stern rails and bow pulpits. The were parting out a C-25 a week or so back. They ship all over the country. While local is best, it may be a resource.

Where are you? A number of years ago I had a shop make a stern pulpit for Heartbeat after we broke one of the stanchions. Not sure if they are still in business, but I am sure I can dig up a phone number for them - I think I still have the reciept. Probably the best ~$400 I ever spent on the boat for the job the shop did, especially since they included a winter of indoor storage. Greater Detriot - as I recall Mt Clemens.
