There’s a series on YouTube where Capn Q goes around finding great old boats mostly that are good values for people wanting to get started or want to upgrade their sailing experience.

In the current episode Captain Q heads up to Maine and comes across a sweet older C25 that looks like it’s been pretty well cared for and only needs some TLC for a bargain price of $6500.

I always like to see how others have outfitted their boats so this is a nice looker - plain and simple

The boat itself gets a 10/10 rating and the coolness adder is 3.5 for a total rating of 13.5.

Nice

Bruce,

Thanks for the post.

Nice commentary--he knew about the history of the keel, from swing to iron fin to lead fin, and got a lot more right. The VW of coastal cruisers! (Sort of the VW "Type 3" to the C-22 Beetle.)
