Mariah has 110v shore power with 2, 110v outlets in the cabin. When on the anchor we intend to use a Honda 2000w generator to power the 700w microwave.

Nice. Did you set up your shore power yourself or did Mariah come with it? Curious about the effort/cost to get shore power set up.
