Is it possible to locate an owner/location of a C250 hull number using the forum search or... identify an owner/location by hull number

Henk, just saw a beauty of a boat (wing keel with inboard) plus trailer being sold by Hewebb down in Texas. Pretty far from the Pacific Northwest but the model and amenities seem pretty fine. The trailer completes the package for folks who are not in the Texas area.
