The furler, a older Hood model needs one more piece of metal extrusion. We have extra joiner parts and rivets but the total metal extrusion looks like it is short a piece. May have been shorten to go on a C22 as PO had one of those too. Would like to put this on our C25. Anyone out there have some they are willing to part with?
UPDATE: GREAT NEWS! Husband found several pieces today at the Sail Boat Shop at Lake Pleasant, AZ Just had to drive a few miles to his metal pile dump and pull out some pieces. Used but no shipping so I'm ecstatic.

Not much luck? Hood is owned by a company called Pompanette LLC. You could try and give them a call but you will need the type and model of your furler and see if they can help. Pompanette LLC. P.O. Box 1200 Charlestown, NH, USA 03603
Not sure of the model but know it is older, maybe 12 plus years. The logo on the drum cover just says HOOD in blue lettering, sort of scratched. It was used on a C22 but PO says it is also rated and can be used on a C25 if you add one more piece of metal extrusion 5 1/2 ft.? with the joiners and rivets that we have. I will contact Pompanette LLC, thanks for the lead on possible model and company change.

Found some used metal extrusion today. Thanks for the offer. Going to check with the new mfg. Pompanette and see what the model number is. It doesn't look like the newer ones in their catalog. Very happy to find the pieces. Now have to convert my new 135 jib from hank on to luff tape and sail cover protection. Good thing I have the Sailrite sewing machine.
