RE: #4 item. Please call UllmanVentura Gary Swenson. He make that sail especial for us for the c25 to win races. It did. You can reach him at 800-248-2892. We do have a storm jib for sale. Please advise
With respect to item #4, Thank you for your reply. I also did not realize until just now that your C25 is a TR where as mine is a SR. I will call Gary and speak with him about a new headsail(he did cut my foot loose main and it was a great improvement in performance). Thanks for offering the storm jib but if Gary can cut me a furling 110 Mylar headsail I should be all set. Fair winds and following seas to you my friend.

I don't want to make this a learning forum because you are selling. But I am at a loss.
I have a C25 TR 1981 that came with a nice newer full batten sail. But to be honest, I think the full battens are too much, especially for the lower inland lake winds. So I am in the market for a half-batten, loose foot sail that might give me better performance in lighter conditions of 5-10 knots. I was sailing solo in 12-15 knots with the main unreefed. And she did well. But in lighter conditions I think my battens are stiff. While the result is good in high winds, in low winds I can't get any decent shape arc to match the foresail. Another sailer mention batten tension regulators to help put arc in my sails, which I might try. But the bottom line is I want a backup sail anyway. So I am considering buying a half-batten loose foot sail that will be my main main sail. When condition are 15 knots plus, I will have the full batten that currently tends to sail too flat, which would be good in heavy winds. So your sail might be what I need for lighter lake sailing. But I am relying on what others have said and what I have read.
My questions to you.
What is your experience with Item 1?
In what wind conditions does this main sail do best?
