Is there a way to make the bow roller work with a cdi furler? I have the roller from catalina direct, this is the one with the stem and roller together. My delta anchor will not clear the drum. So options are to mod the roller and extended it out, somehow maybe raise the roller drum, or look at different anchors. Any thoughts? Thanks

The easiest would be to try a different style of anchor and see how that works. You could try a fluke for example. See if you can borrow one to try out for fit. Moving the stem fitting farther out will just move the CDI drum out with it. Possibly you could raise the drum and furler with a toggle?

I added a toggle to raise the drum. I had room to add one toggle (1.25") without raising the furler top fitting too far up the forestay and without modifying the furler (CDI FF6). It's still a crowded area with the anchor roller, bow pulpit, and furler drum, but I feel like I'm less likely to hit the drum with the anchor.
