for anyone interested in a new outboard motor, I'm see deals as much as 40% off online. check out www.yamaha-outboardsale.com. And they are not the only one. They have a 2020 Yamaha F9.9LMHB, 20" shaft for $1,080. Can't speak to the 25" shaft and/or elec start, bur if they have a $1,900 motor marked down to that price, maybe other bargains are out there.

Ya... The "real" Honda dealer near me says he can't get motors to sell! The virus screwed up the supply chain to and from the factory. "Joking" has been around for a few years--total scam.
