That looks really good!

What did you use for the white formica door/shelf?

Do you have dock power or are you running off an inverter?

The material used for the door and shelves, is 3/8" plywood with white melamine on one side and painted on the other.

For all replacement partitions, shelves and bulkheads 1/2" plywood with melamine on both sides is used. All edges are sealed with a base coat and two coats of high gloss marine paint

Mariah has 110v shore power with 2, 110v outlets in the cabin. When on the anchor we intend to use a Honda 2000w generator to power the 700w microwave.

Nice. Did you set up your shore power yourself or did Mariah come with it? Curious about the effort/cost to get shore power set up.

Shore 110v shore power would appear to be factory installed

The location is accessible and serviceable from the inside by removing the battery storage area bulkhead

The 110v is ideally located to power the microwave, etc. A third 110v outlet runs below the sole

A grounded plug-in extension is available in the aft berth and is connected to the power source as well
