I don't mean in a bad way either. Today was just perfect on Long Island Sound. After many many days of no wind, little wind or threat of thunderstorm it happened. 12 to 15 easterly with no gusts ALL day. Full sails and a comfortable heal. A day you dream of. Nocked off 25 miles of blissful sailing and being it a Monday the pond was all mine. A top ten for sure. Just had to rant and say those perfect days do happen!

I played hooky and sailed all afternoon -- agree, a perfect day. Nothing better than LIS during the week when the traffic is minimal and conditions ideal.
