The Mk IV C25 design is the cream of the crop! This is a gorgeous one that has always been well cared for and only sailed in fresh water; beautiful wood inside and out.

Sails are all in very good shape.
4 jibs: 145% on Schaefer Furling (easily removable while on water for using the hank-on jibs and readily stows below deck)
Hank-On Jibs: 150%, 110%, and Storm Jib, most with separate jib sheets for convenience.
Whisker Pole for light air sailing down wind.
Full Batten Mainsail with Jiffy Reefing System.
Boom Vang, with Quick Release for moving to rail to use as a Preventer when sailing downwind.
Split Backstay with Adjustable Tension.
Masthead Windex
Main and jib halyard lines run to cockpit winches.
Sunbrella covers for main and jibs.
Cockpit cushions like new condition.
Traditional Cabin Layout; great place to hangout with friends .
Pop-Top Cabin roof with Cover and Screens; (in excellent condition)
Entry way Screen with rain flap.
Opening Ports in head.

Tohatsu 9.9 long shaft 2-cycle engine, Electric Start & Alternator, Starts and runs great!

Balanced Rudder.
Kick-up Rudder also included for use if you sail in shallow waters.
3 position Engine Mount.
Depth Gauge mounted in bulkhead.
Hand Held GPS Knotmeter.
Bimini (stainless) Sunbrella with cover included.
Swim Ladder on stern.
Anchor Roller on bow in front of on deck Anchor Locker.
Danforth bow anchor with chain and rode.
Danforth Stern Anchor.
2 burner Origo Alcohol Stove on Gimbals.
Built-in Ice Box.
Sony CD/AM/FM/Aux jack input w/cabin speakers.
Most cabin lights converted to LED.
800 watt inverter built in (12V to 120VAC).
30A shore power with cord & 15A adapter included.
2 good batteries with battery cabin mounted selector switch (1, 2, Both, Off).
Porta-potti, 5 gallon (with pump-out connection option – not installed yet).

Mast Raising System included (A-Frame, mast yoke) using trailer winch.
Custom 2006 Trailer (2 axle, 4 wheel surge brakes, adjustable bunks, new tires in 2018, spare tire/rim).
Includes tie-down straps for trailering.
Winter storage, deck mounted frame with 20’x30’ Tarp creates a complete shelter for the boat as it sits on trailer ; includes all hardware to install frame on the deck.
Fenders and Dock Lines.
4 adult, 2 child life vests.
Boat hook.
Sevylor Super Caravelle inflatable dinghy.
Loos gauge for consistent rig tension during mast raising.
Bosun's chair/sling
