Not my boat for sale but it recently came up on craigslist. The boat is not far from me and based on the documentation that the current Owner has put together, I would say well looked after (as opposed to sitting on a mooring rotting for the past 10yrs). I couldn't tell what the rig is, but I think that for the care that this guy has put into the boat over the years, the asking price is very reasonable and this could be a good boat to get into, especially if you want a fixed keel. Make sure to check out his links in the adds, complete records of work and repairs and numerous photos.

The boom height (which will probably raise a little when the sail is hoisted) looks like a standard rig.
