New sails are wonderful to look at!

If you're really concerned about chafing of sheets, you could consider installing some sort of shroud rollers. I've seen it done with plastic pipe, but that probably means detaching the turnbuckles. Vinyl tubing might not stand up to the wear, and I don't like them in a salt-water environment. Here's a version from Defender, with two halves that apparently fit together (tongue-and-groove) around the shrouds.
