alright only the roller is new. got the anchor on craigslist, and the post out of the trash at the marina. sorry for the rotated pic.

Dimension for the roller set up? It looks like a good size for the C25. I have the bow pulpit hanger and don't really care for it.

The hangers are great for stowing a dirty hook until you get back to your slip, keep it regardless.

I have also added an anchor roller this year. One of the best improvements I have done to the boat. I no longer stand on the bow, bending over the rail pulling up on the anchor rode. I can now safely sit down on the deck and pull hand over hand. Not only safer, but also much easier on my back
