Holy moly. Saw this thread and was like what? Went and looked it up and that's crazy. Definitely a loss. Bowie was still making music until the day he died. RIP.

One cool result of his death is I had 2 students (I teach music) ask me to teach them David Bowie songs this week after hearing him in the media. These kids are like 9 years old! Very cool. Bowie is STILL influencing generations of musicians...
