Traditional interior with modified floor: almost 6 ft. headroom (non structural 'loose' floor removed, hull around bilge reinforced). New spade rudder. Completely refitted for single handed sailing. Added 3 round clear hatches for more daylight in V-berth and under cockpit. 135% furling genoa with foam pad, full batten mainsail with 2 reefs, all lines to cockpit, lazy jacks, stackpak cover, dodger, 9,8 Tohatsu o.b. Wow! Nice looking package, well priced! It would take a lot of $$$ to bring a typical '85 C-25 up to that level. (Mine wasn't, and mine was better than "typical".)
