The newly added seven pictures show a progression of the repairs to the swing keel housing. The first picture is as purchased in January of 2012. Major upgrades since then include the installation of roller furling and a new 135 headsail, replaced wire rope halyards with rope halyards, CD keel hangar and pivot pin upgrade, removed (rotted) macerator and replaced with hand pump, new dinette table, recovered cushions, stereo and speaker installation, new tiller and tiller clutch, new interior LED lights and others. It is a fine boat. Still have to replace the "volcano" valve with proper thru hulls.
