Hi I have C25 86 with diesel engine M 12 How to change coolant and where is to open wave and so??????

I have a universal and there is a petcock on the starboard side of the engine block to drain. Look below the dip stick area and you should see it. Fill at the cap on top of the tank. Mine is high on the port side.
