Not that long ago, someone posted a clever idea for a simple work table adjacent the galley area on a C25. I thought I saved the thread but can neither find my file nor the original posting. Anyone recall the posting? TIA.

I recall the post but can't find it either. They had made a dropleaf extension that attached to the right of the stove. I believe it had to be either a traditional or L-shaped dinette interior set-up.

The window trim rings are all custom made for each individual window. They were made from my widest cherry boards and are deceptively complicated to make!

The work surface expansion was the easiest thing I've done and provide by the far the biggest bang for the buck. Just glue up the work surface, cut it to the shape you want. Drill a hole for the little dowel ( we used a loose spacer in the beginning) and screw a block to the existing stove side et voila! Gravity does the rest.

If you want to be really clever, you can just have a tongue extend back to the block and cut out the rest of the back of the worksurface. That way, you don't have to clear out everything in the "fiddle rack". Is this paragraph at all comprehensible?????
