Rick - Would the top of this work? It is a decent price for a very expensive but flawed carbon fiber mast. The top third of it might work however.

Duane, thank you! what a find that link to John & Phylis's site.

The size and price of the mast relative to ours is the big difference, but their articles about the project of getting a new major component for their boat really has a lot in common with our own boats. Well worth the read, so thank you again for that post.

I have a 77 also but with no interior table, does yours have on and would you be willing to sell it separately?
