So today I was putting my Moeller 6gal tank in the boat. I wanted to test run the Honda before Mondays launch. I noticed gas was weeping from around the hose connection/pick up tube. A closer look and I see a small crack in the plastic part that the barb screws into. Grrrrrr. Why me, Why me. A quick look up of a new tank and that showed around $70! Really? Its plastic, not gold! So back to the internet and with some more intensive searching I discover they actually sell parts for these expensive pieces of plastic. Woo Hoo! The pick-up tube assembly is $5.99 and free shipping to my local WM. SCORE!!!

Recently, I was able to buy a replacement fuel gauge for a 6 gallon Tempo tank (red plastic). Moeller took over Tempo a few years ago but still supply parts.

David, That was what threw me at first. My tank is a 6gal Ultra Tempo but in my search the Moeller model kept coming up. Turns out they are now one in the same.

Could you please provide a link to your source for this part? I've been looking for this part for over 8 years. I talked to a guy at Tempo to order one and never heard back. I finally got someone in the Tempo office a few weeks later, who told me that everybody lost their jobs the day after I had called. That was back in 2008 or 2009.
The gauge sightglass was so deformed and leaky that I had to replace it with a piece of galvanized steel just to plug the leak, and rely on a dipstick to get fuel level.
I've got two Tempo tanks (6 gal and 9 gal) for my Trophy boat, and both have the same problem. So I will be buying two.

I needed to replace the float arm and contacted Moeller directly. They were very helpful, directing me to a vendor who had the part. I bought the Moeller number 621001-10 from Boat Store USA. The Defender link above gets you the same thing. It is a full kit and includes the sight glass as well.

The Defender link shows round gauges. My gauge sightglass is rectangular, like this. I'll have to search more thoroughly when I get time:

I found the part # for those 2 tanks. I guess one is for the 6 and one is for the 9. I'm not sure but they might not be available anymore. I ran a search on the part numbers and came up empty. Anyway the part numbers are 621003-10 and 621004-10
