Seems to me a number of TR C-25s here have handily beaten their PHRF ratings and humiliated some "fast" boats at the finish line as well. Ask anyone who's raced against Chuck Shaw or Derek Crawford! (Although your swinger might be intrinsically faster than your wing.)
