Well it is not news however i did finaly get my rudder re-fiberglassed and back on the boat also I installed the 4 spring motor bracket i purchased from CD. Both jobs went well

Hi Slim,

Good job. Did you reglass your rudder or make a new one ? I ask because it doesn't look like a factory one in shape. I have been contemplating replacing my outboard mount as well. What size is your outboard ? Mine is 4 stroke 9.9h. I was thinking that the 3 spring model might be enough. It seems you and I are both getting ready to put the boats back in the water. Mine is floatable again now just not quite ready to launch. I plan on her first launch this spring or early summer. Best of luck with your upgrades and repairs. I still have a galley to rebuild.
