1985 Catalina standard rig, excellent family/starter boat in very good condition. Boat has only been on fresh water in Mayfield NY (near Albany). Book value:$7,100. PRICE REDUCED TO $6,000.

Swing keel draft 32”up for shallows and beach, 5’ down with 1500# ballast and adjustable jib cars for well balanced upwind performance. Dinette model with drop-down table sleeps 4-5, pop-top with canvas in excellent condition. New Hydra Coat-1 bottom paint Spring 2015. Salon and V-berth cushions professionally recovered with marine water-repellant fabric 2015.

Sails: main, hank-on 110 jib and 150 genoa in good condition; Sunbrella mainsail cover, foredeck bag. OB: 1985 Johnson/Evinrude Sailmaster 9.9hp long shaft (alternator, electric start) with full overhaul, carb rebuild, fuel pump, power pack 2013. Extras include Lifesling 2, VHF (masthead antenna), ‘Piranha 2’ Depth/Fishfinder, ProMite 5-amp automatic battery charger/conditioner, 2010Thetford Porta-Potti, jack stands (5). Upgrades: New mahogany-ash laminated tiller 2014. 3-Spring motor mount with backing rails 2009. New Krypton II external halyards to cockpit, masthead sheave upgrade, mast step halyard plate with turning blocks, Spinlock cabintop clutches, 4:1 outhaul assembly 2006. Topping lift. Keel pennant bolt replaced 2008.
