1999 Catalina 250 Wing Keel - Hull #393 S/V Kainoa

• Boat has only been used in freshwater
• Enclosed head with Dometic 5 gallon toilet (new in 2013)
• Galley with sink and gas cooktop
• 10 gallon onboard freshwater water tank, plumbed to two sinks.
• Bimini cover
• "Pop top" cabin enclosure with screens
• Window shades
• Portable window A/C unit
• Front and rear Danforth anchors
• New Battery (2014)
• Magma marine gas grill mounted astern
• Shore power with Blue Seas breaker panel with 4 receptacles wired throughout boat, battery charger, Marinco power cord - 30 foot 30 amp
• Sunbrella fabric cover for entire boat while in storage
• Miscellaneous repair parts, extra lines, extra ship to shore power cord, lifejackets, plates, towels and bedding -- everything you need to sail today -- Boat needs nothing (personal items not included)

Sail inventory
• Tall rig
• Roller furling 110% Dacron jib - CDI
• Full Batten Dacron Mainsail with 2 reef points
• Doyle asymmetrical Spinnaker with rigging
• Lazy Jack
• Internal Halyards, led to cockpit
• 2 self tailing winches

Motor
• 2007 Mercury Marine 9.9 HP bigfoot -- Less than 40 hrs -- still looks brand new
• Motor was purchased new and not installed on boat until 06/2010
• Serviced every season, including oil, lower fluid and sparkplugs
• New fuel line (2014)
• Electric start with alternator to charge battery

Trailer
• 2000 factory Trailrite trailer built specifically for Catalina 250
• No oversize load permit required and can be pulled by ½ ton truck (Tows with my Nissan Titan easily)
• Mast raising gin pole with hand winch
• Fulton 2500 pound trailer jack (new in 2012)
• New bunks and carpet (2014)
• New Attwood brake actuator (2014) accepts 2" ball
• Spare tire on extra hub
