Would anyone know what angle stanchion would need to be ordered on a C-27? It is at the forward end of the cockpit, first stanchion from the rear pulpit. Unfortunately a moment of inattention and a poorly set autopilot saw me backwinded right next to my friend who was sailing on main only....

I can't help you here, but maybe measure the other side.... but if I was you friend I would consider upgrading to a gate stanchion since it has to be replaced anyway, that's just what I would do...
