Has anyone installed the pivot pin bushing from CD on their centerboard? I just got the boat out of the water and need to work on the centerboard. It looks like the one at CD was/is for the C25 but I assume all that is the same as was used on the C250's. The play in my board has gotten excessive - not to mention that it doesn't have the spacers that it is supposed too.

Well I have figured this all out now. My board was a complete disaster and now is looking near perfect. Russ asked that I write something up on this and since all I was finding was bits and pieces of how to do this. I had to figure it out and make it up as I went along. So I'll try to do that so any of the rest of you out there have some procedural thoughts on how to do it. :- )

Before (factory original bushing after 16 years)

Now (New Stainless Steel bushing from CD)
