Posted - 01/04/2021 : 19:56:16 My Catalina is on the trailer for winter. I should be ok to splash in June. I never sailed my Catalina yet... It came with a Mariner "Roller-Stay for hanked-on-sails" which appear to be in great shape. Does any of you know and used that furler? how well does it perform, any advice about it?
An last, does it REPLACE the forestay or is it installed beside the forestay? thank you.

Posted - 01/06/2021 : 07:36:20 I dont have one but looking around I came up with this pdf file. It appears the headstay is part of the furler. That is to say that at the deck you have a drum then a headstay then the upper swivel. They also are not made anymore.https://forums.sailboatowners.com/attachments/mariner-installation-pdf.39422/
