Posted - 12/21/2020 : 16:51:40 Mine delaminated and I glued it with a good quality carpenter's glue and clamped it for a couple days, then kept the tiller coated with polyurethane. It never delaminated again and probably lasted 15 years or more. Through the years I've repaired numerous pieces of furniture with carpenter's glue without a failure. Try it. In this covid winter, you need a winter project anyway.

Posted - 12/13/2020 : 10:34:11 Sorry, I mis-sread, and thought you meant rudder. If my tiller was worth a flip, I would have been glad to give it to ya, if you came and got it. But mine's shot too..

I have on on a mid 80's version. I'm thinking $150, but it'd have to be local pickup. I'm in Harkers Island, NC.
If interested drop me a line at josh [at] westmouthbay [dot] com, I can take pictures, etc.
