OK I see where the bilge water is located. We have a manual bilge pump out in the cockpit--do you have to prime it in some way--plenty of water in the bilge but using the manual never had any results--
Assuming your bilge pump is a Whale Gusher 10 {yellow colored), it's self priming, but it has two small flapper valves inside that act as check valves, and if they are defective or stuck, or if the pump's diaphram is defective, it won't work. They're easy to replace with a kit and seem expensive at about $45-50, but a new Whale Gusher 10 costs about $300. and is a good pump.

I pumped the water out using a hand held pump--maybe the pump in the cockpit needs a re-build? thinking of installing an electric pump but not really sure how much water is there--the boat sat for at least a year and I pumped out a little over 5 gallons of water. Also water up under the v-berth
