Posted - 10/09/2018 : 18:49:49 Hello, I am a new (to me) C250 WB owner.
The boat did not come with a large salon table and we plan on using the boat to sleep on for weekend type actvities. So meals are going to be interesting at the moment.
Would anyone have the dimensions of the original table or have any sources to purchase one?
The boat is put to bed for the winter, so I have time to get one ready for next year.
Thanks, Mark

Posted - 04/09/2019 : 13:33:43 I will be at least the third member of this group, as both of your pictures are serving as a guide for someone to copy. Thanks to you both for sharing. Now, about passing the backstays through a bimini...

Posted - 10/19/2018 : 10:01:47 I visited the Catalina 'store' about 2 months ago and they had a 250 table for sale... Check with them.

Posted - 10/12/2018 : 15:28:03 Either you used my design (which I posted here in 2012 before PhotoBucket screwed up the pictures), or you happened to come up with the EXACT same thing I did.
Either way, thanks for posting. I was thinking of re-posting my own description, but not looking forward to having to track down the pictures.
EDIT: Well whaddayaknow, PhotoBucket looks like they've restored web hosting! My whole three-page description from 2012 of design, prototyping, cutting, and construction is now available, complete with pictures. Check out my prior thread now, while you still can:
Posted - 10/12/2018 : 15:00:00 Mark, we had the large original table.. it was too large so we cut it to fold down.

Posted - 10/09/2018 : 19:55:06 I have only owned the boat for a week and a half and been sailing on it twice before. So, there is no obivious for me at the moment. I am on a steep learning curve. There is a cover on the storage in A berth, but it seems a little thin for a table. But saying that, it is the correct shape for the table. I will not be able to get to the boat until the spring to check it again.
Does Catalina still make parts for hulls no longer in prodution?

Posted - 10/09/2018 : 19:17:10 Did you call Catalina? (The yacht builder, not Catalina Direct.)
Also, I hate to be obvious, but did you look under the A-berth in the forepeak? There's a storage area molded into the liner pan.
