FYI, some C25s in maryland being parted out, or junked.

I just saw the post on another forum, so thought I'd share it here.

Another place parting out boats, a Catalina 25 is listed as a donor boat.

Many thanks Victor. Lots of great parts. Get them before they go!

I know a great carpenter in TX who could fabricate them for you. You’d probably be looking at least $200-300 for materials plus his time and shipping. DM me at bruce 2 sail at aol dot com if you want his info.

I contacted them and yes, it is Hance Point. I asked about the crib boards and was told that one was plywood, the other home-cut plastic -- not original. These boats were used as training boats and were used hard.

I too am looking for crib boards and they seem to be the first items that go.

You could always ask... the teak parts are usually priced under the going rates.

Man, I really need crib boards. They didn't mention those did they??

I'm 99.9% certain that the boats being parted out are at Hances Point Yacht Club. http://www.hancespointyachtclub.com/

The guy who posted on Sailnet is an officer at the club.

There is / was a do it yourself sailing club near North East Md.

Thanks Ben,
I went to the page and tried to post our URL however I needed to create an ID and password.
The site said they have 2 boats to part out including
masts,
rig,
bow pulpits,
rudder
tillers
and probably crib boards and teak trim, internal teak cabinets and bulkheads, electrical fixtures, blocks, engine mounts, port lights and hatches.
I’m good for everything I need, but many here can probably use a part or two.
